5 Things to do before 2022

2021 is about to end.

And yes, this year has taught me a lot!

I feel blessed that during the time of difficulties, I and my loved ones were safe and secure.

Also, apart from being a coach, I even explored other areas of life.

This year, I tried to invest more time in building my personal brand by producing content on various platforms. Doing this, I was also able to build a strong community of members who are ready to learn and grow together.

I love to call my community a pack of wolves.

Because a pack of wolves never leave each other. They are always present to support each other in times of crisis.

And as we all are progressing towards a new year, there are a few things that we need to do. This will help us in becoming more prepared for the coming year. Our aspirations and goals give us something to strive for.

So, I will be sharing some things that you should definitely do before 2022.

1) Count Your Achievements

Now is the time to make a list of all your winnings.

Big or small, doesn’t matter!

Did you learn anything new?

Did you heal from past pain?

Did you spend more time with loved ones?

Did you do well at your job?

Anything! Just count all the things that make you proud.

2) Express Gratitude

This is the time for you to be grateful!

Be grateful for all the experiences, be it good or bad that helped you become a better version of yourself!

Be grateful if you and your loved ones are still safe and happy!

3) Check your goal-list

There might be things that you would have planned to achieve in 2021 but couldn’t do because of some reason.

Now is the time to do some deep thinking and reflect on the year that has gone by.

Try to understand what went right and what went wrong this year.

4) Replace a Bad Habit with a New one

Yes! You might have thought:

“In 2021, I will work out regularly.”

“In 2021, I will read on a daily basis.”

“In 2021, I will learn new things every day.”

Well, if you could not do these, there is still some time to at least replace a bad habit with a good one!

Like reducing screen time. Right?

5) Create a plan for 2022

Creating a plan does not mean setting up unrealistic goals for yourself.

All you need to do is think of the things you would like to achieve in 2022.

Then, you need to realize how you can achieve those goals.

Try to build a plan that will let you work towards these goals consistently.

Whenever we think of the year that goes by, we tend to become pessimistic.

We start counting all our failures and feel sad about the things we could not accomplish. But, this is the time when we should introspect and become better prepared for the new year.

So are you ready to become a better version of yourself in 2022?

Thank you, Divas Gupta. You have done all the hard work and laid before me a clear path to tread to ensure a better version of myself. Kal, Aaj Aur Kal or past present and future beautifully encompassed. Learn from past mistakes, be grateful for good things that happened, have a clear realistic resolution to see a better version. This is your message. Whether we tread the clear path laid by you is up to us. Thank you for sharing wisdom. God Bless you and Happy New Year in advance.

  6. Thank you Divas Gupta for give me your insightful information on how learn from your mistakes. And truly changes can only be made by strategic efforts made ourselves, cause most of us get into unconscious routine and we forget our initial pledge.
