If you want that you are always in demand, there is no other way than to up-skill yourself. Keep learning new things, keep increasing your knowledge, and remain curious about the outside world. And to help you up-skill, I have prepared a list of skills that you can improve. These skills are very much in demand in the current times.
Here are five skills you can start honing:
Coding And Software Enhancement
The first on the list is coding and software enhancement. If you know how to code and create software, you will be able to attract a lot of opportunities for yourself.
Coding skills are required by tech and IT companies to develop new products and services. Hence, coding is one of the top skills in demand in 2021. Mastering this skill will surely reap results in the coming years.
Soft Skills
Among all the other skills, your soft skills act as a complement to your hard skills. Strong technical skills need to partner with solid soft skills.
The way you communicate with people, present yourself and your ideas, and comprehend things can have a huge impact on your career.
Your mannerisms, delivery of the speech, communication skills, and body language are some examples of soft skills. Technical expertise is of no use if one cannot explain the same to others.
Digital Marketing
Nowadays, the world is online! Therefore, it has become more and more important for businesses to build an online presence.
Companies and entrepreneurs are inherently starting with listing their businesses online and trying to market their products and businesses effectively online, all of which are aiding the growth of digital marketing.

The content is what makes a brand or its advertisements visible to potential customers. Nowadays, content is being used as a medium to build trust among your audience.
People are consuming content in various ways, from text to video.

Great info Divas.. but I want to know at what age we can take a call in career switch or choosing alternative career options…
Will be able to get opportunities if we move or change to other career at 35+ age..
It’s absolutely fine to change it any age however I would recommend taking calculated risks.
